What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and midnight, self-service with a secure key box — or in person if you prefer. Check-out is by 11:00 am. A late check-out until 6:00 pm is possible with our agreement the day before (€30 for one room, €50 for both).
Can we book just one room?
Yes: the Mare Room can be booked on its own, for up to two guests. The Terra Room is booked together with the Mare Room — combined, they welcome up to four guests.
Is there parking?
Yes, each room has a reserved parking space on the property, under video surveillance. Fast EV charging is available on request (€10 after 10 pm, €20 during the day).
Travelling with a baby?
A baby cot with mattress and fitted sheet, as well as a stroller, are available free of charge — simply ask when booking.
Is breakfast included?
We don't serve breakfast, but coffee (Nespresso machine), tea, water and soft drinks are complimentary in your room. And La Pâtisserie d'Octave, 3 minutes away, is well worth the trip for morning pastries.
Can we smoke?
The rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is possible outside.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fiber Wi-Fi is free in both rooms.

Where exactly are the rooms?
In Gassin, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: 5 minutes from the Gigaro beaches, 20 minutes from Pampelonne and 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared as soon as your booking is confirmed.
